REFUND POLICY

At Crystal Visions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products, including our high-quality polarized and non-polarized sunglasses. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

Here is how it works:

Returns
If you're not satisfied with your sunglasses, you can return them within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. There will be a $5 restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping charges. We reserve the right to decline returns for merchandise that has been used or worn.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 7 – 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
 

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your sunglasses for a different style or color, simply contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process. The item(s) must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. There will be a $5 restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping charges.


Shipping

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with your return unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

*If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we strongly encourage you to email us at info@crystalvisionsig.com, your satisfaction is very important to us! Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we do not accept

returns/exchanges. All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange are the sole responsibility for the customer. Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method. Crystal Visions is not responsible for items that get lost in the mail or during the

shipping process. Shipping and handling costs are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. This includes gift cards. We cannot refund another form of payment if a gift card was used at checkout, but we can provide a store credit. If you choose to return your order without consulting a representative, and it does not meet the necessary requirements, a refund will not be issued, and you will be notified via email with any options available to you on how to proceed. Note: Please record an unboxing video when you have received your sunglasses from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof that damage or a defect was present at the point of delivery/purchase, so please record a video in clear lighting. Our policy to replace the item or refund your money does not apply if the returned item has faults or damage caused by accident, neglect, or misuse whilst in your possession or during the return to us.
